We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at support@rdpaw.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
4. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Used or damaged items (unless faulty or defective)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will assist you in arranging the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
• For returns and exchanges due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
